Bituminuous Membrane for Waterproofing
  
 
 

BM is a self-adhesive and self-protected elastomeric SBS bitumen-based waterproofing membrane, with glass fibre felt reinforcement, and with a mineral finish on the upper side and easily removable silicone film on the underside.

 
Properties

 

     -         The 50 g/m² reinforcement (FV) confers maximum dimensional stability to the membrane.
     -         Very easy to apply: the membrane is applied rapidly, cleanly and with no need for special tools.
     -         Easy bonding to the substrate, after previously applying a fast-drying primer.
     -         Overlaps are carried out by simple contact and pressure.
     -         Safety in application; minimum fire risk as no torching is used.
     -         It is a flexible membrane that easily absorbs substrate movement.

     The membrane is supplied with grey slate granule topping.Maximum storage time: 6 months, protected
     against weathering.
 
Applications
 
Waterproofing membranes are Polymer modified Bitumen with polyester and glass fiber reinforcement both torch on membranes and Self Adhesive membranes with Polyethylene, Sand, Mineral and Aluminium Finish. Thermal insulating materials with XPS and PIR for walls, floors and decks. Acoustic Insulation is manufactured with unique technology of polymer modified and absolutely Asphalt -free having different thickness and sizes to suit the applications. We are marketing the Oxidized bitumen based Shingles with mineral and metal sheet finish for waterproofing and Aesthetic finish for sloped roof and pitched roofs.
